The optical cable binding machine is mainly composed of three parts: front plate, friction plate and rotary housing.
The stainless steel wire on the wire reels wraps around the two wire wheels and be fixed to the fastener of the pole/tower. When the front plate is pulled forward by the traction force, the wire wheels rotate and contact with the friction plate to make the rotary housing rotating around its axis. As the traction moves forward and the rotary housing rotates continuously, a stainless steel binding wire with regular pitch is formed behind the binding machine.
