GIShihui professional ADSS Corona proof ring

Function: Corona proof ring is mainly used on the ADSS cable which is installed with electric power transmission line and whose pressure is over 220KV. Since cable and preformed rods are in the space of high-strength electric field, the terminal end of preformed rods are affected by corona discharge easily which will threat cable’s safe operation. Corona proof can improve the conditions of the electric field greatly, decrease the corona electric erosion to the cable and extend cable’s service life.

Notes: In the model column, SHFY represents this is Shihui corporation’s corona proof ring, -XX represents the diameter range of the gripping section of Corona proof ring is XX (mm). (E.g.:-16 represents the diameter of gripping part is 16mm). Corona proof ring is installed on the terminal ends of tension clamp or suspension clamp, so the diameter of inner rods of tension clamp or suspension clamp should be take into consideration when choose the diameter range of the gripping section.

E.g.: The diameter of the cable is 13.3mm; the inner rod’s diameter is 3.0(mm), so the gipping diameter is 19.3(mm). The model no. will be SHFY-18.
